Paisley Varano, MA, BCBA, LBA
Owner and Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Paisley grew up in Arab, AL but now calls Florence home. She has a BA in Public Communications from the University of North Alabama and an MA in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University. She has six years of experience working in the field of ABA. She loves this field because of the tremendous joy and honor it brings her to do life with all of her families. Paisley is also a board member of Every Piece Matters. She has two cats and a whippet puppy, and she is a Christ-follower.

Fun fact: Paisley loves to learn about world cultures and also loves to bargain hunt and shop for antiques. She is an Enneagram Type 9.
Haylee Goode, MS, BCBA, LBA
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Haylee is from Cullman and currently lives in Muscle Shoals with her husband and pets. She has a BS in Psychology and Family Studies from the University of North Alabama and an MS in Applied Behavior Analysis and Education for Students with Visual Impairments from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. She has four years of experience working in the field of ABA. Haylee loves to be a part of every child's unique journey and celebrate every victory big or small.

Fun fact: Haylee plays bass guitar with her husband in their band, Brother Goode, and takes stunt photography and videography. She is an Enneagram Type 9.
Lauren Harrison, MS, BCBA
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Lauren is a Shoals' native and is an alumnus of Muscle Shoals High School. She has her BS in Psychology from the University of North Alabama and her MS in Applied Behavior Analysis and Education for Students with Visual Impairments from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. Lauren is passionate about providing children with a positive, caring, and nurturing learning environment. She strives to promote a sense of confidence and independence in every child and loves to celebrate every accomplishment that they reach.

Fun fact: Lauren runs a social media based thrifting resale business. She is also creates pottery, paints murals, and crafts many items to sell including hand-lettered goods. She is an Enneagram Type 6.
Lydia Powers, MS, BCBA
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Lydia is from Florence and is an alumnus of Mars Hill Bible School. She has her BS in Psychology from Freed-Hardeman University and her MS in ABA from Arizona State University. She is passionate about providing the most compassionate care for children in all stages of their lives. She strives to create joy for each child she is with.

Fun fact: Lydia has traveled to over 15 countries when she studied abroad in Europe for 3 months. She is an Enneagram 2.
Alicia Velasquez, MA, RBT
Registered Behavior Technician
Alicia is from Russellville, AL and is an alumnus of Russellville High School. She has her BS in Psychology from the University of North Alabama and her masters in ABA at Arizona State University. She loves this field because she loves to be a part of each child's progress and cheer them on.

Fun fact: Alicia is a dance leader at Árbol de Vida, is a Christ-follower, and is an Enneagram Type 2.
Hannah Mashburn, BS
Office Manager
Hannah is from Florence, AL and graduated from Florence High School in 2019. She has her undergraduate degree in Applied Health Science from the University of North Alabama. Although her role at FTO is office manager, she loves hearing the RBTs and children in the background as they work together to reach their milestones!

Kenzie Balch, BS, RBT
Registered Behavior Technician
Kenzie grew up and lives in Florence with her husband and two kids. She has a BS in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus in health and business from UNA. Kenzie is currently working on her Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis. Her favorite part about working with kids in watching them when they reach their goals.
Fun fact: Kenzie loves spending time with family, traveling, and Disney.
Maranda Holland, BS,RBT
Registered Behavior Technician
Maranda is a Shoals native who currently lives in Sheffield with her husband and pets. She has a BS in Psychology and a BA in Sociology from the University of North Alabama. She is very passionate about mental health and is interested in the field of clinical psychology. Her favorite part of working at FTO is getting to work with the kids and being part of their ABA journey.

Fun fact: Maranda loves anything bumble bee related! She also enjoys crafting, reading, and nature. She is an Enneagram Type 6.
Anna Claire Hulbert, BS, RBT
Registered Behavior Technician
Anna Claire is from Birmingham but lives in Florence. She attended UNA where she received her BS in Elementary Education with a minor in music. She is a certified teacher as well. She will be attending UAH beginning in the Fall of 2024 to a masters in ABA. Anna Claire has a passion for helping children reach their full potential. She loves to see their progress and also loves to help them use their strengths to learn. Her favorite part of working at FTO is seeing the journey each child has through ABA. Lastly, she is a lover of music, coffee, and all things Disney.​

Fun fact: Anna Claire loves to sing and has been performing on stages since she was in the fifth grade. She has had nine years of classical voice training. She is an Enneagram Type 2.
Kyven Conley, RBT
Registered Behavior Technician
Kyven is originally from Arab, AL but has lived all over Alabama. He went to Highlands College and is currently attending Liberty University where he is pursuing a BS in Psychology. He is grateful now to be living closer to his hometown. With 5+ years of working in special education, becoming an RBT was like "coming back home again." Kyven"considers it a privelege to be a part of this team and looks forward to what all God has in store."
Fun fact: Kyven teaches dancing and acting classes and has a passion for theatre.
Jilli Johnson, RBT
Registered Behavior Technician
Jilli is from Ramer, TN and now lives in Florence while attending UNA. She plans to receive a BS in Psychology with a minor in ABA. Jilli also was accepted into Ball State University's Masters in ABA program and plans to begin this in the Spring of 2025. She enjoys working with children to help them overcome obstacles and learn. Her favorite part about working with kids at FTO is watching them acheive a goal.

Fun fact: Jilli is an avid spots fan, loves spending time with her dog Archie, and is an Enneagram Type 3.
Abbey Smith, RBT
Registered Behavior Technician
Abbey was born and raised in the Shoals area. She became an RBT in February of 2024, and her favorite thing about this role has been watching each kid grow in their own unique way. When she is not working at FTO, she is probably spending time with her family.​

Fun fact: Abbey loves to explore and try new things. She is constantly looking for a new hobby to try. She is also an Enneagram Type 6.
Katie Brown, RBT
Registered Behavior Technician
Katie grew up in Auburn, AL but currently lives in Florence. She recently graduated from Troy University where she received a BS in Rehabilitation and Disability Studies with a double minor in American Sign Language and Applied Behavior Analysis. She will be attending UAH beginning in the Fall of 2024 to pursue a masters in ABA. Her favorite part about the field is being able to give hope and encouragement to parents and caregivers while working alongside their child to reach their goals. ​

Fun fact: Katie is an enneagram type 9, can juggle, and is a big advocate for Hope Heals Camp!
Emily Pound, BA, RBT
Registered Behavior Technician
​Emily has lived in Florida for the last 12 years and around late summer 2024 moved to Florence to attend UNA. She received her BA in psychology from the University of North Florida and is currently studying to obtain her master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Emily has been an RBT for about 2 years prior to here and has previous experience working with kids in the head start program. She loves to be a part of the therapeutic process to help the kids reach their goals and to grow beyond them.

Fun fact: Emily is a music lover and often has to refrain from continuing to buy too many vinyls to collect and listen to.
Elise Dufour
In Training
Elise is from Helena, Alabama and now lives in Florence, Alabama. She attended Coastal Alabama Community College and received an Associates in Science. Elise is attending the University of North Alabama and in the process of receiving her degree in Exercise Science. She loves working with kids and seeing them grow and achieve their goals.

Fun fact: Elise played JUCO softball and is a huge sports fan. She is an enneagram type 6.
Mollie Bradley, RBT
Registered Behavior Tecnician
Mollie was born and raised in Florence and now lives in Killen. She graduated from Mars Hill and attended college at UNA and Shelton State. She recently married her husband Mason and now has a sweet step daughter, Maven! She loves For The One because of the amazing clients, their families and the coworkers who are more like friends (And getting to play with the toys). :) She said, "The energy is amazing and always so optimistic." She is a returning employee at For The One but got my RBT certification as an RBT at FTO in November 2022. She went on to use her expereince as an RBT at Brooks Elementary where her two sons, Monroe and Bo, attend school. She can’t wait to learn and grow as a person and RBT at For The One!
